Anna-Lisa Fransson Fransson has a contemporary and conceptual artistry that ranges from sculpture and painting to performance and video art.

She uses partial personalities and archetypes, for example from a sacred art tradition, and invites the viewer to enter a magical realist world where everything is possible. Several works are based on the fantasy world of the inner child and the inner teenager. The works often have a political or psychological undertone and not infrequently a socially critical dimension.

Anna-Lisa has a Bachelor of arts at Umeå School of Art (2023) and is Doctoral student in political science at Örebro University.
