Mundekulla’s Green Kitchen blew our minds! Made through a creative collaboration, powered by an amazing crowdfunding (we are still incredibly thankful for the support!) , picked up by publishers Brandt (NL) and Bazar (SE) and last but not least: it brought us to some amazing places! To a dinner with the royal family at the Sverigemiddagen, Göteborgs Book Fair, major newspapers, magazines and food blogs, as well as several awards.*
So, what is it? Well, it’s a book filled - not only with recipes - but with the chef’s secrets on how you can think as a chef and create your own meals, while playing with flavour, colour, shapes, technique, feeling. And also, it’s a book about love. The love for dear ones, for farmers, for ingredients, for music and community.
